We believe that our accountancy service is wide-ranging and we are able to prepare accounts for any entity (Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies, Charities, etc) and the accounts to be produced will be according to the nature of the business and the information required. We understand that the purpose of preparing accounts is twofold; namely you are legally obliged to prepare accounts to determine your profit for taxation purposes and of course, you will want to have accounts prepared to see how the business is progressing.
The accounts prepared will therefore be to meet these two objectives. We will tailor the accounts to the needs of the business and it may be that a relatively small sole trader business will only require a simple profit and loss account. However, a limited company will, by law, require a set of accounts which follows the Companies Act format and thus these will be much more detailed.
